The enamelled surface is free from PFAS and other undesirable chemicals, and the enamel on the inside is optimised for frying and, unlike raw cast iron, can handle acidic ingredients. The handle is shaped with rounded edges for a more comfortable grip, and the side handle lets you easily lift the pan from stove to oven to table.
