Enamelled cast iron casserole where each piece is casted in an individual sand mould made from up to 80% recycled materials. The enameling is done by hand by experienced experts to ensure that the surface is as strong as possible. The tight-fitting lid has condensation grooves and an ergonomic stainless steel handle that is easy to handle, even with oven gloves, when removing a piping hot stock pot from the oven.
